Does Bereave replace our current bereavement policies and benefits?

No, Bereave doesn’t replace what you have—it makes it more useful. We provide hands-on support, clear guidance, and practical tools that fit right into your existing processes. You can customize the platform and loss plan to match your team’s needs.

How much does Bereave cost?

$100/month for companies with up to 1,000 employees. People need help during loss and we know bereavement isn’t something most companies budget for, so we’ve made it simple and affordable.

Why now and not once I need it?

How can I update my billing information?

Billing information can be updated by logging into your account and going to the billing section under account settings.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription?

We do not currently offer refunds for paid accounts. Cancellation will result in losing access to your organization's account. However, your users will be able to keep their personal information even after you have cancelled.
